FAQ: What is the difference between All Outputs Off and Emergency Stop on the N6705B?

All outputs off will follow the programmed turn-off sequencer if it has been enabled. For example if you have four individual output turn off delays programmed, and you press the All Outputs Off button each channel will shut down according to the programmed delay.

If you press Emergency stop all outputs are disabled within several microseconds. If you have the data logger running and press Emergency Stop, all outputs are disabled but the data logger continues to record.
